- audio Visual Services looks after first level technical support on campus
- manage live events, ensuring the provision of AV requirements are covered as per individual event information
- liaise with external AV companies regarding equipment hire where necessary
- ensure equipment is set up on time and to client specifications
- to support other audio visual areas within the Campus if required
- the team are onsite to ensure that all audio visual equipment is set up in the correct area at the time requested by the client, ensuring that the client is confident on how to operate the equipment before departing the room
- our main objective is to ensure a seamless customer experience when they use technology on campus and to advise the client on the use of technology where required
