• this is a fulltime role, 37.5 hour per week, based at out Central Manchester Offices
• about the Role

• ensure each project is managed and delivered in compliance with CDM 2015 Principal Designer regulatory requirements
• design the electrical installation required for the required EV charging solution
• produce project quotations to comply with company parameters

• due to spectacular growth within the business, Plug Me In are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Project Manager to complete surveys / designs / quotations and manage installations of EV Charge Point Installations
• main responsibilities in this role will include
• ensure surveys/designs/quotations are completed on time and within budget whilst continuing to manage customer expectations
• plug Me In is a trading division of Lowri Beck and operates alongside Calvin Capital within the Calisen Group. This means we’re big enough to have the experience and expertise to support you whilst being small enough to care
• DNO process - understanding electrical utility networks and technical knowledge of HV and LV electrical works
• building relationships with new business customers to sell the Plug Me In “Heat as a Service” proposition
• manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
• to monitor tender opportunities and support the writing and preparation of public and private sector tender / framework submissions
• taking full responsibility for EV Charging infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including civils, connections and electrical
• in this position you will drive growth of the heat division within Plug Me In and provide high quality account management services to key business accounts
• preparation and presentation of weekly performance statistics
• you will also have the opportunity to build new relationships with target businesses and increase B2B sales activity and facilitate both public and private sector tender submissions and winning of new contracts
• contract negotiation with business customers, partners and subcontractors
• planning programmes of work with key client stakeholders and determining agreed milestones, dates, deliverables and ensure these are updated throughout project
• assist and co-operate with the company in achieving our SHE objectives by promoting SHE awareness and safe working practices
• provide high quality account management services to key business accounts including preparation of periodic reporting and leveraging relationship to increase account sales
• ensure that all information handled whilst working is treated as confidential unless you are explicitly told otherwise
• ensuring personnel and sub-contractors, under their control fully understand and adhere to their job requirements
• liaising with and coordinating all parties to ensure timely planning and delivery of the project and responding to client enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• ensuring full compliance to all relevant statutory and regulatory guidance standards
