Responsibility
- maximising the potential of our existing referral partners through solution driven account management
- onboarding new partners quickly by providing effective training and support on our service, so they reach potential as soon as possible
- identifying opportunities for growth within our existing affiliate base
- addressing customer issues for quick and complete resolution, to eliminate the possibility of partner churn
- engaging in regular communication with our partners via phone, email and in person meetings, to understand their requirements and cater to them effectively
Requirements
- minimum requirement – completion of GCSE’s A\* - C or equivalent
- excellent professional communication skills - both written and verbal
- 1-2 years of previous sales experience
- you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable multi-tasking
- you are motivated by working towards targets and have a natural inclination towards sales and performance
- you’re driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
