- your main role will involve developing our in-house bespoke Customer Relationship Management system
- this involves integrating existing processes and spreadsheets into the CRM to enhance business efficiency
- applying strategic and logical thinking is a requirement to optimise how the CRM conveys and assembles the information
- working closely with the IT Manager in completing projects
- writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way
- being able to work within a codeignitor framework
- integration of existing processes into our bespoke CRM
Requirements
- proven experience as a PHP developer in a competitive environment
- strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications
- familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
- passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- good understanding of website integration and software creation
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
