Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- perform general maintenance and repairs in a Nursing Home
- conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
- paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
- handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements
- proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- proficient in using hand and power tools
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and instructions
- excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
- physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
