- manage professional relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors, ensuring that service delivery is in line with contractual obligations
- monitor and report on service delivery, ensuring that all KPIs are met
- conduct regular audits of the building to identify maintenance needs and ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner
- liaise with other departments within the building to ensure that maintenance works are coordinated with other activities
- ensure that all maintenance works are carried out with minimal disruption to tenants and visitors
- ensure compliance, reviewing RAMS, overseeing/supporting quoting
- manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors, and mentoring apprentices, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide the best possible service
- in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the facilities maintenance technical team efficiently and cost-effectively, overseeing suppliers and contractors, leading direct staff, closely monitoring service delivery, and ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- technical background in Electrical Engineering - Level 3/higher technical qualification - Essential
- 5 years Hard Services FM Management experience - Essential
- electrical Bias is preferred and the individual should be a HV AP or be willing to pass this course
- strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- FM Management: 4 years
