- managing the store and leading a team of staff
- ensuring the store is operating effectively and efficiently
- maintaining and exceeding customer service standards
- we are looking an outstanding leader to join our clients family as a Store & Petrol Station Manager at their soon to be acquired Fort Augustus site
- increasing sales and profits by setting and achieving targets
- reporting to your Area Manager you will be accountable for leading your team to deliver a brilliant place to work and shop, outstanding customer service and achieve fantastic results
- ensuring all safety and health regulations are met
Requirements
- previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in a branded food retail setting
- proven ability to motivate and lead a team
- ability to manage stock levels and ordering supplies
- excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- you will also need working knowledge of HR activities within Retail
- knowledge of safety and health regulations
- you will need to be an outstanding communicator with experience managing the performance of a team, resulting in increased sales
- good knowledge of customer service
