Responsibility
- the Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating all the company’s marketing activities
- planning and delivering end-to-end strategic campaigns across all appropriate channels - email, media, content marketing, advertising, social media and PR
- website management and development experience will be an advantage
- develop and run SEO and PPC campaigns
- good at writing and creating content such as blogs and case studies
- organise and coordinate events such as conferences, webinars, workshops and exhibitions
- works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service with a focus on ROI
- tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience with ‘Hands-on’ experience
- strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice
- experience in managing and delivering B2B & B2C marketing campaigns
- must have experience of managing teams and agencies to deliver and implement projects
- technical and creative ability will be a distinct advantage
- competent user of IT systems & Marketing systems
- knowledge of the IT Service Management industry is also beneficial
