Requirements

  • maximise the opportunity from existing and new relationships, at all levels, to build your own pipeline of business for Picnic
  • create and lead sales and insight presentations to agency decision makers at all levels
  • have the combined ability to deliver new business and account manage/retain key agencies to ensure revenues accelerate year-on-year
  • what will you be doing as Account Director at Picnic?
  • grow Picnic's advertising revenues from key strategic growth accounts and a defined client territory so that revenues exceed set targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • develop a deep understanding of Picnic’s product, as well as a broad knowledge of competitor products in market

  • experience with containerisation and microservices architecture Exposure to web crawling frameworks Basic knowledge of data analytics, data science, or machine learning, with an interest in further developing these skills
  • backend Development: Solid experience with Node.js and Python, showcased through personal projects, GitHub repositories, or coding challenges
  • data & Pipeline Expertise: Familiarity with building and maintaining data pipelines, with an interest in working with large datasets
  • cloud Infrastructure: Experience or familiarity with cloud computing platforms and a preference for working with serverless architectures
  • software Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of version control, testing, debugging, and API design principles
