- be qualified – and if not we will fully support you in gaining a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare

- home cooked meals and family style meal times
- within our therapeutic homes in Tiverton, we look after children and young people aged 8 to 18 years who for various reasons cannot live with their family
- within our therapeutic homes in Taunton, we look after children and young people aged 8 to 18 years who for various reasons cannot live with their family
- supporting the children to maintain family relationships through visits and phone calls
- residential Support Team Members care for the children and young people in a nurturing and safe environment, providing emotional support for them to flourish
- encouraging healthy and safe relationships with friends

- to provide high quality, person-centred care recognising the potential of each Young Person and to promote through actions and words the achievement of that potential including working as part of a team
