Responsibility
- ensure that financial transactions are correctly recorded and approved in line with company policies
- purchase ledger including supplier payments
- sales ledger including credit control
- prepare and post month end journals
- reconcile bank and other balance sheet accounts
- prepare monthly management accounts for all Phagenesis group companies
- liaise with budget holders to monitor actual and expected performance against forecasts
- work together with the CFO to support financial decisions and improve forecasting
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- proven ability to work in complex multi-currency, multi-national, group structures
- implementing accounting software
- ability to communicate with internal and external contacts
- month End Accounting: 4 years
- multi currency: 2 years
- system Migration: 2 years
- 4 years+ experience in month and year end processes
