Responsibility
- home based with regular travel to centres
- permanent, full-time contract
- in addition, will undertake key statutory compliance checks on centre, ensuring due diligence and record keeping
- earn between £24795.86 and £30306.05 per annum + an excellent benefits package including a car allowance
- we are seeking a confident, knowledgeable and safety-conscious candidate to work closely with our CDM & Property Compliance team and broader Central Facilities team as a CDM and Activity Compliance Officer
- in this role, you will be responsible for carrying out Activity base compliance audits across the estate, checking and ensuring that all areas of required Planned Preventative Maintenance, inspection schedule frequencies and record-keeping related to activity structures and equipment are upheld to the highest standards
- providing support and advice for Activity Base compliance of facilities, including the practical undertaking of key compliance tasks
