Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience at an online travel agent in either a sales or product role
brilliant geographical knowledge of the UK
outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentations skills via email, telephone and face to face
taking ownership in driving results and a strong desire to exceed targets
effective prioritisation, initiative, time management and self-motivation skills
comfortable working independently whilst having a collaborative approach working alongside different departments with individuals of differing levels of knowledge
ideally, have your own car and driving licence with a willingness to travel to our hotels for face-to-face meetings

visit existing properties to ensure standards are in line with the PetsPyjamas brand and help improve B2B relationships
you will be responsible for improving performance at a property level. Being the first point of contact for the existing portfolio of properties, to help improve their performance and conversion with the ultimate goal of achieving higher revenue
we inspire travellers with our regular promotions and campaign calendar and you’ll work with partners to ensure they not only feature at the right time, in the right place but they also have an offer that drives them business
provide engaging product briefing and product training for the sales team on new properties/destinations which positively influence the portfolio’s performance
Requirements
experience in the UK travel industry in a commercial role - likely a minimum of 3 years experience
experience in revenue growth from a portfolio of accounts
you will be from a product background and have an understanding of hotel distribution, rates and inventory management
experience of developing new revenue streams
brilliant geographical knowledge of the UK
A good understanding of hotel connectivity and distribution is strongly preferred
experience in senior-level negotiation with key decision-makers, with demonstrable success in negotiating contracts, exclusive deals and long-term partnerships with accommodation providers
