Requirements
- prior experience working with children and young people, preferably within a residential setting
- senior only - Minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- strong understanding of safeguarding principles and the ability to ensure the safety and welfare of residents
- experience working with children or young people in a residential care setting or similar environment
- an individual approach is taken in which our services adapt to meet the needs and wishes of the child and family
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong understanding of child development and the impact of trauma
- applications are welcome from those with Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Teaching Assistant, Social Worker, or other relevant backgrounds
