Requirements
- A resourceful and pragmatic approach to problems, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- client service experience in a hospitality or retail environment

- be meticulous and highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- the flexibility and confidence to communicate with a wide variety of client profiles both in-person and via email
