- assisting in-store customers and visitors, providing a high level of service and knowledgeable advice

- represent the business at trade fairs
- reviewing catalogue descriptions of rare books, manuscripts, and related materials
- the role will be primarily client-facing, and you’ll be working alongside our rare book specialists in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- location: Mayfair, London
- assisting in shop logistics
- A resourceful and pragmatic approach to problems, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- client service experience in a hospitality or retail environment
- awareness and knowledge of, or interest in, books and/or printed media
- A team-player with great communication and interpersonal skills
- be meticulous and highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- the flexibility and confidence to communicate with a wide variety of client profiles both in-person and via email
