Responsibility

  • develop and implement an events strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
  • collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless events
  • manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including event selection, marketing requirements and stock
  • oversee event staffing, including hiring and training event personnel
  • represent the company at events, engage with attendees, distribute samples, and promote brand awareness
  • evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event analysis and reporting, including attendee feedback and ROI metrics
  • stay current with industry trends and best practices in event management and dog-related events
  • plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including but not limited to dog-friendly festivals, country shows and dog shows

Requirements

  • proven experience in event management, preferably in the pet industry or related field
  • full, valid UK driving licence
