Responsibility

  • build relationships with suppliers/organise Innovation sessions in line with customer new developments
  • play an active role in customer visits / pre-production / launches where appropriate
  • ensure launch packs are updated as required and signed off by appropriate staff prior to launch by BRC and company policies with support from colleagues
  • lead by example and maintain an appropriate behavioural standard
  • engage with all customers, manage NPD Briefs and timelines, ensure Cranswick Pet Products are Market leading innovators
