• what is the role?
• the purpose of the role is to ensure sales targets are met through negotiation and selling of plots ensuring all aspects of the sale are in conformity with the standards as set by the New Homes Quality Code

Requirements

• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• experience within a similar role or delivering sales in a service environment is advantageous
• experience within a similar role in new homes sales/estate agency or delivering sales in a service environment is advantageous

• the purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, Maintaining high standards at all times to maximise the customer experience/journey

• ensure that the company vehicle is roadworthy, clean and tidy at all times and that both company and private tools are in good working order and compliant with any testing requirements
• take work instructions from the Customer Care Coordinators, ensuring all customer appointments are attended on time in order to repair defects in a timely manner, to a high standard and ensuring first time resolution
• complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis

Requirements

• ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and tools
• multi skilled with a joinery background
• painting and Joinery experience is required
