maintenance technician
Responsibility
- determining whether machinery, equipment and technical installations need to be repaired, as well as completing our systems' and equipment's preventive maintenance
- maintaining and repairing our plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen and HVAC systems and equipment
- determining appropriate remedial actions for mechanical and related equipment failures
- complete pre-preventive maintenance and residual circuit device checks , to an excellent level of quality
- having the physical capability of performing demanding tasks such as bending over, climbing ladders, crawling into awkward places, standing, or walking for extended periods of time
- working closely with the Operations Manager and the Projects, Building & Estates Manager in making sure that preventative and maintenance priorities are up to date and executed to a high standard of excellence
