You need to be focussed on delivering results and driven to make the customer experience second to none.Pay Rate: Up to £50,000 per annum plus Bonus OTE £70,000 uncapped commission.Hours: Full-Time, 40 per weekThe Sales Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring the existing sales and telesales teams, recruitment of new Sales staff and ownership of the target. In return, you will receive full training and autonomy to manage your team to achieve their goals.
