  • perCurra has opportunities for a Housekeeper to join the team based in Chelmsford. You'll join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive an hourly rate of £13.00

care worker

Requirements

  • work is currently available from 7:00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week and some weekend work would be expected. Work outside these times and some nights may also be available, but you MUST be a driver for additional work

care coordinator

Requirements

  • full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and looking to work towards an NVQ Level 3
  • A minimum two years care experience and minimum of one year's experience in a Care Coordinator role
  • the role will include delivering care outside of your Care Coordination hours
  • good people management skills
  • able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative
  • highly organised and able to prioritise
  • good oral and written communication skills

Responsibility

  • actively participate in the growth and development of the business
  • play a lead role in the development of good community care practices and procedures
  • maintain our paper-free work systems
  • meet all Regulatory Requirements
  • work with the recruitment team to recruit staff
  • effectively supervise, support and retain staff team members
  • have responsibility for all care staff, to plan, allocate and evaluate workload
  • maintain effective Care Plan assessment and review procedures

registered care manager

Responsibility

  • to provide high quality homecare services that support the rights of Service user’s
  • to live their lives, their way, they choose as far as they are able
  • be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
  • keep all information about Service user and their families secure and confidential

carer

Requirements

  • this role will initially be for four days on, four days off. But this may be extended over time
  • we are looking for a very special, patient, kind and caring person who understands a range of conditions and symptoms, has experience of live-in care delivery and who would look forward to caring and supporting the Client
  • they must also pass an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references
