- identifying and screening participants according to research briefs
- devise key documents including screener, external content and participant lists
- creating suitable application surveys to help identity suitable participants
- screening participants over the phone to assess suitability for research projects
- providing updates to clients, and build relationships
- liaise with internal marketing teams to set up digital campaigns for your projects
- reporting on your projects, and overall accountability for delivery on your projects
Requirements
- strong telephony skills
- able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- administration
- project coordination
- client management or stakeholder management
- excellent communication and rapport
- experience of working to targets or SLA's
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
