Responsibility

  • pentahotel Birmingham is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly and well regarded team as a Guest Service Agent
  • our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal
  • checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • dealing with guest enquiries
  • you will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach
  • taking payments
  • you will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in customer service
  • liaising with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
