Responsibility

  • this role will be working on an annualised hours contract
  • the Approved Electrician role, within the Clydeport Engineering Department, will work within a team to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance efficiently, effectively and in a safe manner
  • whilst predominantly based at KGV Docks, you will be required to provide engineering cover to the Clydeport cluster as and when required
  • working with the Engineering Manager and Team Leader to deliver; On-time delivery, Continuous Flow, Customer Satisfaction, Zero defects, Compliance of all statutory electrical safety checks and tests

  • experience of maintaining heavy plant and machinery in a heavy industrial environment

  • minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above
  • previous Accounts/Finance experience for a large organisation would be beneficial
