- analyse current processes and implement improvements to boost performance
- conduct time studies and analyze time spent on various shop floor operations
- create routings for different product types or families
- support the Production Planner by scheduling, releasing work orders, and ensuring all documentation is correctly uploaded in MRP/SharePoint
- collaborate with Contracts and Engineering teams to ensure technical documentation is accurate and updated as needed
- ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all industrial activities
- update Contracts and Production teams on any changes or potential issues
- lead LEAN workshops and participate in continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- strong knowledge of LEAN methodologies
- proven track record of system and process improvements
- strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge and collaborate effectively with peers
- experience using ERP/MRP systems
- flexibility to adapt to changes
- high attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- strong continuous improvement capabilities and a ‘can-do’ attitude
