Requirements

  • experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • strong knowledge of LEAN methodologies
  • proven track record of system and process improvements
  • strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge and collaborate effectively with peers
  • experience using ERP/MRP systems
  • flexibility to adapt to changes
  • high attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • strong continuous improvement capabilities and a ‘can-do’ attitude
