develop all marketing materials including packaging, literature, advertising, promotions, POS, sell in literature etc
commissioning and managing areas of the company’s stand at trade exhibitions including working with suppliers and the internal team allocated to help with the show’s preparation and execution
oversee all relevant Customer marketing comms to improve Brand awareness
analysis of customer research, consumer insight, current market conditions and competitor information to inform the strategic direction of the brands

Requirements

5 years’ experience or more working in a retail account management role
ability to identify and exploit unusual or emerging channels of potential opportunity
skill and desire to recognize emerging opportunities and to develop ways to exploit them
proficient in MS Office and highly numerate
organized, accountable, innovative and views challenges as opportunities
entrepreneurial spirit and be able to move at an extremely fast pace
customer driven approach and a "go-getter" attitude
Responsibility
managing existing relationships with retail accounts
identifying new business opportunities in core and mass national accounts with full responsibility for the growth and performance of those accounts
drive new business opportunities
negotiate and implement effective retailer in-store trade and seasonal opportunities
budgeting, planning, and coordinating implementation of retail support
meeting assigned targets for your portfolio
communicate portfolio inventory needs and engage stock control disciplines
provide feedback concerning industry trends, customer promotions and planograms internally and externally
