Responsibility
- measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
- prepping various ingredients
- collaborating with the other Chefs to devise and prepare meals
- cleaning up and sanitising the kitchen space during and after shift
- rotating stock items as per established procedures
- restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
- properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
Requirements
- we are primarily looking for someone who has some previous kitchen experience in particular with veggie/plant based cuisine
- this isn't a deal breaker though and we would happily look at aspiring and energetic young chefs who have a keen interest in learning the ropes and growing in a new, but fast growing business
