measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
prepping various ingredients
collaborating with the other Chefs to devise and prepare meals
cleaning up and sanitising the kitchen space during and after shift
rotating stock items as per established procedures
restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
Requirements
we are primarily looking for someone who has some previous kitchen experience in particular with veggie/plant based cuisine
this isn't a deal breaker though and we would happily look at aspiring and energetic young chefs who have a keen interest in learning the ropes and growing in a new, but fast growing business
