- as Peace and Loaf enters is second decade, here in Jesmond , we are looking for our first Head Chef to join and work alongside Chef proprietor Dave Coulson
- our ideal candidate will have experience in running a quality kitchen, a proven track record of managing a kitchen team, the day-to-day operation of a busy premium restaurant producing quality dishes
- if you are a skilled chef with a passion for the industry like we do, and would thrive of working to the highest standards, we'd love to have you join as part of the team
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
- extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- ability to work in a bustling kitchen and keep the team working together
- creativity and passion in everything you cook
- up to date knowledge on food safety regulations and best practices
