Responsibility

  • strive to grow transactions for designated sets of clients against agreed targets
  • increase space count by adding new zones, car parks or on / off street locations
  • build and maintain strong relationships with all PayByPhone clients
  • contact all clients monthly by email or phone to ensure that they are up to date with the product
  • contract review meetings quarterly followed by an Annual service review
  • ensure clients renew and extend contracts where eligible
  • work with Marketing to create presentations & case studies to encourage uptake of additional products
  • maintain client development plans for each client with targets
