Requirements

  • experience in advising on a variety of Family matters
  • strong time-management and ability to manage own caseload
  • advocacy experience is desirable but not essential
  • strong Advocacy skills
  • knowledge and experience of Legal Aid
  • genuine passion for Family law

Contract type

  • completed and passed the Legal Practice Course
  • previous experience of working within a legal practice is preferred but not essential
  • have a degree of at least a 2:1 in Law or equivalent level 6 qualification
