preference for relevant experience in private equity , however relevant experience in consulting, audit, law or investment banking will also be considered
Responsibility
due diligence – Screening and review of various investment opportunities across primary, secondary and co-investment strategies
market mapping - Analysis and presentation on the various markets and private equity segments in Europe
manager meetings – Participation in meetings with managers for update, sourcing and monitoring purposes
reporting – Support the team in the preparation of client reporting, including portfolio valuation and performance analysis
fundraising – Support in the production of marketing materials
this will include diligence of company fundamentals, valuation metrics and market dynamics as well as analysis of performance metrics for private equity sponsors
