Responsibility
- you will specialise in AI/Global Pharma and will get to work alongside senior recruiters
- the training will be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis by the COO and training manager
- as a resourcer, your day to day will consist of being on and off the sales floor in order to ensure that you are getting the training and development that you need to succeed in your career
- your job will be to source niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector, to build and maintain relationships with senior candidates, to organise, gain interview availability from candidates and manage the 180 recruitment process
- conducting candidate interviews to ascertain they have the right skills, qualifications and experience
Requirements
- minimum 6 months recruitment or sales experiene
- financially driven

- the ability to maintain accurate records

- salary up to 28k depending on experience
- confidence in ability to learn a particularly high-calibre industry, ability to network over the phone and face-to-face, impeccable organisation skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time and Strong negotiation skills
