  • submit & maintain all client file documents in accordance with compliance requirements, identifying and correcting remedial actions as requested

Responsibility

  • conduct analysis of individual client circumstances, existing arrangements, and future plans
  • research the whole of the market, comparing different solutions to ensure the best possible client outcomes
  • attend client meetings when requested to take detailed notes and contribute with technical knowledge and presentation of our lifetime wealth model
  • contact and liaise with relevant product providers/third parties to obtain accurate policy information for valuations, annual reviews and analysis
  • work as part of a team with the client support administrators to ensure accurate workflows are maintained
  • develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties
  • maintain the accuracy & integrity of client data held on our back office system to include input and cleansing as appropriate
  • compose bespoke and highly personalised financial planning reports in conjunction with our service proposition, underpinned by the quality principles of our internal compliance team
