  • we are seeking Community Support Workers , to join a new short break residential home in Wythenshawe
  • the residential home benefits from excellent public transport links and convenient access to community resources
  • successful candidates will receive extensive training and on-the-job coaching from a well-qualified clinical team, Registered Manager, and Senior management team
  • as a Community Support Worker, you will enable individuals with complex learning disabilities, behaviours perceived as challenging, mobility, communication as well as health and social care needs to maximise their independence within community environments
