- A rare opportunity has arisen to join Parkguard Ltd as a report administrator during an exciting time of growth and expansion
- this is an existing role within an established professional, successful, and driven administration team
- the successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the precision and quality of reports submitted by our officers

- role type: Full time, Permanent 40hrs per week
- ensuring client & partner reports are distributed within 2 working days
- alerting management of any concerns of procedural issues identified within the daily reports
- highlight any inconsistencies between report content and rota shift times
Requirements
- previous experience in report administration, data management, or a related role is preferred
- previous experience within policing or law enforcement background is advantageous but not essential
- exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of reports
- strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to conduct quality assurance checks
- excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely report distribution
- ability to identify and address procedural issues and discrepancies within reports
- strong organisational skills to manage multiple reports and tasks effectively
- respect for and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
