Requirements

  • previous experience in report administration, data management, or a related role is preferred
  • previous experience within policing or law enforcement background is advantageous but not essential
  • exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of reports
  • strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to conduct quality assurance checks
  • excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely report distribution
  • ability to identify and address procedural issues and discrepancies within reports
  • strong organisational skills to manage multiple reports and tasks effectively
  • respect for and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Responsibility

  • assist and support the public with regards to safety and welfare
  • detect, disrupt, and deter offenders and take appropriate action where required

  • assist and support the public on behalf of the Local Authority with regards to safety and welfare
  • gather information and intelligence for directed and further action against offenders, share information and facilitate cross-border liaison
  • detect, Disrupt & Deter offenders and take appropriate enforcement action where required
