- this position will support the Industrial Process business and will be based at the division's headquarters in Gateshead, UK
- position Summary
- to produce daily, weekly and month end reporting, providing a professional service to both internal and external customers
- to ensure location assets are safeguarded and adequate processes are in place to support financial reporting
- responsible for reporting management information for month-end, quarter end and annual processing for the Team Valley location
- the Hydraulic and Industrial Process Filtration EMEA division has 3 key businesses - Hydraulic & Lube Filtration, Condition Monitoring and Industrial Process & Refined Fuels
Requirements
- ideally qualified in a finance related subject and be either a newly qualified, passed finalist or finalist - CIMA or ACCA
- previous experience of cost accounting within a manufacturing environment working to defined procedures, rules and policies
- experience of a project cost accounting and standard costing environment is desirable
- knowledge and understanding of JD Edwards, US GAPP, SoX, IFRS
- previous experience of working across borders in a multi-national organisation is an advantage
- stronger communicator with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels in the organisation
