Responsibility

  • MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE 1
  • receiving and directing patients on their arrival, explaining surgery routines or procedures, notifying of any delays or changes with their appointment
  • we are a friendly and busy training practice delivering care at our modern, purpose-built premises in Eastbourne
  • 2
  • the ideal candidate will have comprehensive IT knowledge and at least 2 years’ experience is a Receptionist / Customer Service role
  • handling enquiries including telephone enquiries, and forwarding on urgent enquiries to the relevant person as necessary
  • recording requests for home visits following practice procedures and passing requests for urgent visits through to the doctors
  • checking patients in and out of GP appointments
