Responsibility
operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment
customer Service: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, handling any complaints or issues promptly and professionally
financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including labour costs, food costs, and other expenses
inventory Control: Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages meet high-quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations
marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales, labour, and inventory to senior management
