Responsibility
- under guidance from the Onboarding Manager, the Resourcer will take a leading role in the search for new Support Workers
- at Paragon Social Care, we work with Local Authorities to support some of their most vulnerable and challenging young people whilst they are in transition between longer term placements
- we step in as an emergency solution to support these young people on a 24/7 basis, leaning on our Trauma Informed and Positive Behaviour Frameworks
- we are always searching for excellent Children's Support Workers who share our vision of so we're currently looking to hire a Resourcer to join our Onboarding Team who will assist with finding new Support Workers
- we're looking for someone local to Berkhamsted as this is an office based role

- this would include leading on recruitment campaigns, placing job adverts online, CV searching on various online job boards and thinking of new ways in which to find staff
- you will have the initial conversation with a potential hire, going through a list of questions with them before either rejecting them if they're unsuitable or putting them forward for one of the Onboarding Agents to interview in person
