Responsibility
we currently require a Sales Manager to complement our existing management team
team Leadership – Leading and developing external and internal sales teams to maximize sales performance
sales Strategy Development – Developing sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities
sales Performance Analysis – Identifying trends and sales opportunities through analysis of sales data
customer Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and accounts
the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating an internal and external sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
training and Development – Identifying training and development requirements for the sales team
reporting to our product directors, this role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, an excellent understanding of sales strategies and the ability to foster a high-performance sales culture

Responsibility
the ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Timber Industry preferably from an Importer/Merchant background
the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and want to further or forge a career in the timber industry
internal and external training will be available to the right candidate
to take and process incoming sale calls and to provide support to our external sales team by means of processing and checking stock availability etc
