Responsibility

  • we currently require a Sales Manager to complement our existing management team
  • team Leadership – Leading and developing external and internal sales teams to maximize sales performance
  • sales Strategy Development – Developing sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities
  • sales Performance Analysis – Identifying trends and sales opportunities through analysis of sales data
  • customer Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and accounts
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating an internal and external sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • training and Development – Identifying training and development requirements for the sales team
  • reporting to our product directors, this role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, an excellent understanding of sales strategies and the ability to foster a high-performance sales culture

Responsibility

  • the ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Timber Industry preferably from an Importer/Merchant background
  • the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and want to further or forge a career in the timber industry
  • internal and external training will be available to the right candidate
  • to take and process incoming sale calls and to provide support to our external sales team by means of processing and checking stock availability etc
