Responsibility
- london to Birmingham trunk-run, once nightly
- london to Birmigham trunk-run, once nightly
- pallet goods coming in all shapes and sizes, must be able strap safely
- collection of hub collection pallets, back to the depot
- interact with customers in a professional manner always
- complete daily maintenance checks on the vehicle and reports any issues
- driving in inclement weather, such as light snow
- administration ability to manage and maintain delivery and collection paperwork and IT tablet
Requirements
- ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
- ability and knowledge of lifting and handling procedures
- work well independently using initiative and common sense
- open and transparent communication verbal and written
- familiarity with GPS devices / able to read a map
- experience using an electronic pallet truck would be an advantage
- up to date CPC training
- driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year
