- manage all employee performance issues conforming to HR policies and procedures
- comply with all Health and Safety requirements ensure compliance with Site Rules, Risk Assessments and SSOW
- enforce all Pallet-Track policies and procedures
- to have an active involvement with the H&S committee and assist in developing the companies H&S policies and procedures
- ensure all inbound trailers are tipped safely and on time
- identify training needs and implement training and development programmes in conjunction with HR to improve efficiency and productivity
- to manage the night operation in the absence of the General Manager
