- multi-site management of all hard and soft facilities services
- ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and facilities comply with all legal and statutory requirements
- procurement and contract management, prepare tenders for contractors, supervise, and coordinate contractors
- direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as property, security, maintenance, cleaning, vending, grounds and waste management
- continually improve all sites through effective PPM and reactive maintenance
- develop a preferred supply database, working towards total FM
- manage works to ensure minimum disruption to core operations activities
- generate regular KPI and financial reports

- A-Level or equivalent
