PALEO RIDGE is looking for employees for positions:

- carry out micro testing in keeping with our testing schedule
- logging and analysing all testing results against all variables
- investigating all supplier non conformances and liaising with suppliers to receive corrective actions
- carry out spot checks on raw materials, ensuring compliance with specifications
- reviewing all technical documents from both operations and administrative areas of the business
- analysis of technical data
- advising potential changes to key stakeholders in the business
- closely monitor cleaning practices and standards
- previous experience within a FMCG environment
- effective day to day management of the Supply Chain operations team, focused on developing our talent
- ensure communication flow operates at 100%, both within the organisation and with external stakeholders and suppliers
- review and improve Planning processes
- develop and improve Planning systems, including ERP system role out
- support the growth and development of the Procurement function and proactively seek cost saving opportunities
- uncovering efficiencies within operational planning
- defining and managing operational Supply Chain performance KPIs
- optimising the availability of raw materials required for Production
- minimum 3 years’ experience within an FMCG Supply Chain procurement or Planning role
- minimum of three years’ people management experience
- food manufacturing experience preferred
- ability to effectively influence and negotiate
- excellent time management
- able to identify problems and apply fixes, without impacting the wider business
- drive to take goals through to completion

- answering the telephone for general Trade enquiries
- managing our Trade inbox – responding to emails
- administrative duties to support the team such as processing Trade Purchase Orders and Freezer Orders
- liaising with internal departments
- working with our Trade Account Manager to ensure excellent, efficient customer service is always provided
- educating potential accounts on the product range and key selling points
- supporting accounts by providing POS materials and educational materials, including presentations and marketing collateral
- representing Paleo Ridge at Trade shows and exhibitions
- good organisational skills and ability to prioritise according to business requirements
- excellent, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- good level of IT competence
- A minimum of two years in sales
- experience of working with Trade accounts and maintaining key relationships as well as growing new ones
- proven experience in a similar role within FMCG or a relevant B2B setting
- answering the telephone for general Trade enquiries

- attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
