Responsibility
as the ASM you will attend trade shows and complete daily targeted appointments
as the Area Sales Manager you will work in a cross functional environment, working closely with the wider team such as customer service, logistic, supply chain and credit control to ensure you provide the highest standard both internally and externally
you will report into the Sales Director to support in strategic company objectives and implement growth within your territory including account management and new business development
you will report and analyse on the internal CRM system and proactively use social media platforms such as twitter to enhance your presence within the industry
you will attend monthly and quarterly sales meetings and ensure you are up to date with current market knowledge, trends and competitors
Requirements
sales and account management experience within industry
essential to have some experience within the tiling and flooring industry
commercial experience within independent retailers and building merchants
proven experience of developing and generating new business
