Responsibility

  • ensuring that clients are delighted and enjoy a consistent level of excellent customer service throughout all projects
  • ensuring all projects are correctly resourced with staff and sub-contractors
  • coordinating the project activities by working with all sub-contractors, staff members and supervisors to enable flawless execution of the project
  • all project sites should be visited and managed
  • creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation – and communicating this as necessary
