- sous Chef/Senior Sous: 2 years
Responsibility
- overseeing & ensure the highest standards of staff product knowledge, through engaging with Senior Chefs Teams, utilising our detailed Progression Plans and On-Boarding Processes, and by scheduling regular training sessions, where required
- responsible for writing/ supervising the rota
- purchasing, Maintenance and Servicing of Kitchen Equipment
- working with the Head Chef on implementing new dishes & batch recipes for production and Kitchens
- monitor feedback and sales of dishes, including but not limited to, customer feedback, online feedback and senior staff feedback. Assess any areas of consideration and present at the weekly managers' meeting
- ensure the Company’s Health & Safety and HACCP policies are adhered to at all times
