Responsibility
- to develop and submit proposals managing the bid/tender processes from scoping through to implementation
- to provide support to the CEO and SLT in the identification of funding opportunities, to meet the strategic aims of our charity
- 4.3 Ensure compliance in effective administrative collection and completion of all monitoring and reporting data
- 4.2 To gain approval of budgets prior to submission of any proposal from Head of Business and Finance
- ability to comply with all charity Codes of Practice and legislation, Data Protection legislation and all PAC policies and procedures
- 6.5 To help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the PAC premises, ensuring the facilities are welcoming, inclusive and accessible by all
- 8.7 To co-ordinate and positively contribute to policies and procedures reviews during staff meetings, staff engagement and consultations
Requirements
- have proven experience of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with commissioners / funders to deliver tangible results
- experience of working within the charitable sector
- knowledge / experience of Youth Homelessness, Domestic Abuse and Community Wellbeing
- qualification in project Management
