Responsibility
- leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of in-person events, ensuring smooth, on-time and on-budget execution
- developing detailed timelines, task lists and delivery schedules to stay ahead of project milestones
- managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- delegating effectively across project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability and quality
- overseeing event budgets, logistics, suppliers, production and on-site operations
- leading the design and delivery of branded environments, exhibition spaces and sponsor activations in line with client brand guidelines
- supporting speaker management processes where required
- providing calm, solution-focused leadership onsite, resolving issues before they escalate
