Responsibility
approaching senior NHS managers to consult them about Outpatient Network’s insourced healthcare services
open new service lines
qualifying leads and driving service growth across multiple medical and surgical specialties
understand waiting list pressures across your assigned medical and surgical specialties for prospective NHS clients
cross-selling services with existing clients company Directors
working directly with the company Directors, Quality Assurance Manager and Clinical Leads to piece together healthcare solutions for NHS Trust clients
building and maintaining relationships with senior managers within NHS Trusts
building a Business Development team to further increase services to the NHS
Requirements
proven track record of developing new business and excellent relationship skills at management level
ideally have experience working with the NHS in a sales or medical recruitment capacity
have an autonomous approach to work and daily tasks
ambition to grow a Business Development team
be articulate and proficient in written communication
minimum of 2+ years’ proven experience and track record within a Business Development role
demonstrate ambition and drive – this is a young but fast-growing company where opportunity to progress into senior management and sales roles will be available quickly
