Responsibility
collating and updating payroll documents ready for the weekly/monthly payroll runs
process monthly payroll, including starters, leavers, pensions auto-enrolment and loans deductions and uploading to the provider
liaising with managers to ensure timesheets and overtime are correctly logged
checking payroll reports to ensure all information is correctly captured
answering any payroll related queries
comparing payroll runs and flagging any inconsistencies
preparing monthly headcount reports following the finalisation of payroll
other ad hoc tasks as required, ensuring flexibility and complying with any reasonable requests made by your line manager
Requirements
strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
experience working in a fast moving, dynamic environment
computer literate with all Microsoft package applications, especially Excel
proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
understanding of ADP payroll & HRIS
